SLT 1000 4/8 PORT Switch/Router

Extreme Copper’s new 4 and 8 port switch/router, the SLT 1000 is a multi port version of the NE 300 and a new member of the SRi 3000 family of switch/routers. The SLT 1000 is more flexible and has all the performance characteristics of the SRi 3000 but is as easy to install and configure as the NE 300. It provides up to eight ports of VDSL connectivity or can be configured to four and four, four Ethernet ports and four VDSL ports. This flexibility is fully manageable via the local GUI or over the network via Telnet or SNMP. Of course it is hardened to meet the most hostile operating environments.

• The low cost solution for multiple CCTV surveillance over long distances using a copper twisted pair wire.
• Extends the distance of 10/100 Ethernet/Cat 5 surveillance video, audio and control systems beyond the Cat 5 limitation of 330 feet.
• Simultaneously supports video, high-speed data
• Easily accommodates Access Control system data or data streams from serial data to TCP/IP converters for security, building controls or plant process equipment.
• Data Link allows management of remote end (NT-300) via optional Telnet, SNMP.
• Provides non-blocking and non-head-of-line-blocking forwarding
• Fully supports flow control: Half-duplex: back pressure Full-duplex: IEEE 802.3
• Supports Store-and-forward and cut-through operation
• Support of four 100/10BaseT and four 10BaseS or eight 10BaseS ports. All channels are managed.
